I have had the pleasure of working with Vidya since 2005. As president of Solar Publishing, I was in search of an illustrator and partner who could capture the essence of my characters as well as contribute to the growth of my company by creating images and accompanying me to school events and books shows.

Vidya's artistic ability to capture all different ethnicities in her drawings caught my eye right away as I was searching for an illustrator on a freelance web site. Her images are so realistic and imaginative at the same time. She instantly took my words for my first children's book and nailed the concept on her first try. She is an amazing artist and lady.
